About Andy Kocher

A third-generation horseman, originally from State College, PA.  Andy used his riding talent, business savvy, and sheer will to climb the ranks to the highest levels of the sport of show jumping.  Now that energy has shifted towards breeding, producing and selling top quality jumpers, hunters, and ponies.

A respected rider and horse dealer, Kocher has represented the United States at both the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final and Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ Final. He also captured the win in the prestigious CSI5* Queen Elizabeth II Cup in 2019 at Spruce Meadows; won the 2017 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Del Mar; and was part of the winning team in the 2020 FEI Nations Cup CSIO4* at the Winter Equestrian Festival.

Kocher's career has taken him from the walk trot in Central PA to around the globe, and he has been ranked as high as 75 on the revered Longines World Rankings. His always positive attitude and competitive spirit have made him a fan favorite in the industry, while he is respected globally for his equine sales business, breeding the best sport horses and ponies has become the new goal.

Kocher is as proud of his breeding stock and horse sales as he is of his riding accomplishments. He sells horses of all levels, ages, and prices, from embryos, broodmares and foals to competition horses. With leases and trades also available, his large scale operation can fulfill any need.
